de fecto visa for australia

Hi

I am PR of australia , married . For few months i do not have good reltionship with my wife. She left to her birth country with my son and might not return. Mean while i do have a de fecto relation with a girl, who lives in newzealand on a student/working visa she is a FIJI citizen. we know each other from 2 years and lived togeather for 3 to 4 months and other then that we use to talk over phone and ym and email for more then two years.

Is thr any chance to bring my de fecto partner on a defcto partner visa to australia. pls advice the procedure and how to start.
