I am Ram kumar from Nepal. I have completed my 3 years Bsc in computer science from Nepali university. I have been developing .Net(c#,vb,asp.net) based applications for over 5 years. Now i am planning to apply for GSM under 175. My points calculation is as below:

60 - Nominated occupation
30 - Age
10 - Specific work experience
25/15 - if IELTS 7/if IELTS 6

If I get 7 in each module of IELTS,I can apply then on average how long will it take to get my visa?

If I don't get 7, then I have to go for Regional sponsor visa, so in that case, which states are better in terms of finding job in .Net & how long will it take to get my visa?
