Construction site come in different forms. Usually, they occur as a result of the following causes:
• explosion
• equipment malfunctions
• electrocution
• slip and falls
• negligence
Any one of the aforementioned can be a cause for bringing a suit against the culprit.
If workers have been injured on the construction site, they are entitled to recover monetary compensation for their injuries, loss of wages, and other related expenses.
