If the bills are below $5k you're not going to be able to get a good attorney - especially if it's just a sprain and no long term damage. If there is physical therapy involved and your son is not fully healed, speak to an attorney. If you're reimbursed and get something for the pain and suffering, consider yourself lucky. Otherwise you need to go to court.
