If you change attorney's midstream of a case, the first one will probably charge a huge amount for any work they've done so far and may sue you for breach of contract. Be very careful in finding out what is legal to do in this situation...could be even more of a headache. Just pressure the one you have for actions to be taken and be patient...cases like yours can sometimes take years to resolve.

It is always a very difficult situation when the attorney is not up to the expectation and you are in two minds whether to change him...first of all if you do have the confidence change immediately...you need to get a handle over things at your end at least.talk out the frank truth and he will understand.

Finding a good personal injury lawyer has never been easier. There are adverts on the television most nights and there are dozens of accident claim websites. But who should you choose? Well if you go online you will find lots of claim sites but how many of them actually show pictures and name their lawyers? Not many but there are some.

Default Push him

Sometimes you have to show attorney that you really care about this case. Do research, bring suggestions, discuss posibilities with him. Show him that you are involved in your case almost as much (if not more) than him. Very often it will pish him to give your case more attention and as a result will bring better results.

Talk to your attorney and tell him/her your concerns. Maybe you can work it out.

Yep... And, you should research what their existing clients say about them. Their website should contain testimonials from their clients, but be careful to ensure that these are genuine and from real people.

I think the key is having a personal interview so that both understand the case.
