Default South Florida highways, please help

Hi,

My name is Warren Rampersad and I drive A Infiniti G35. I really love this car, take REALLY good care of her but then: Back in September of 2008 I was driving on I-95 north and my frontwindow got hit by a stone, which resulted in a crack. I Had to pay for it myself to fix it. Which was over $500. Last December 2008 I was driving on I-75 south and suddenly i got a screw in my tire. I noticed it an hour later when my tire got flat, couldnt drive, so I had to call the towing company. I had to pay for it myself. New tire was $250... And if things couldnt get worse. Last week it happend again, again on I-95 south. Again i got a nail in my tire!!! Now i really cant afford it anymore, this is happening to often. Im just scared to go on the highway. The highways in Florida are just to dirty with all kinds of stuff. Everytime im in traffic and driving slow i can see whats on the side of the road. I see empty cans, scews, wood, glass, it is just crazy! This is unacceptable. The state of FL has to pay for it now because they dont clean up the highways! Help me please,

Thank you,

Warren.
