I Need Advice

5 Months Ago I Had Surgery On My Shoulder. I Was Sent Home With A Pain Pump. I Went Through Horrible Pain For 2 Days. I Had To Go Back To The Clinic In 2 Days To Have The Pain Pump Removed. I Had Told The Nurse That My Husband Thought That The Pain Pump Was Full And He Had Been Checking For Any Kinks In The Tubing And Couldn't Find Any. The Nurse Checked And Said That He Was Right That The Pain Pump Was Full And He Couldn't Find Any Kicks. He Told Me To Take A Deep Breath While He Pulled Out The Tube. He Showed Me The Tube And It Was In A V Shape. Who Ever Put The Tube To The Pain Pump Shoved It In So Far It Actually Bent Into A V Shape. The Liquid Came Pouring Out Of My Shoulder.
Also When They Set The Date For My Surgery I Had Let The Girl Know That When I Had Surgery A Year Prior I Had Trouble Coming Out Of The Anasithia And That I Was Worried About Having The Surgery Done At A Surgical Clinic And Not A Hospital. She Said She Would Talk To The Doctor And Get Back To Me. She Never Did. Two Months After I Had The Surgery I Was Suffering From Horrible Symstoms. I Went To My Private Doctor And She Discovered That I Was Suffering From Post Surgercal Anasithia Allergic Reaction. I Had To Endure Three More Meds And Was Over It In A Few Days. What Are My Rights. Can't I Do Something About This Or Do I Have To Roll Over And Play Dead And Let This Happen To Someone Else? Do I Have Any Recourse In These Actions?
